Kaavi collects the information you provide directly — your email, profile details, trip information, and messages within trip chats. If you choose to verify your account, we also collect a selfie photo and, for deep verification, a government ID image and liveness check data.

Verification photos are stored securely and are only accessible to our verification team and, for accepted trip members, are never shown publicly. Your profile picture, username, bio, and public trip activity are visible to other users.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data to operate the platform: matching you with trips, enabling chat between trip members, and maintaining safety through verification and reviews.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting hello@kaavitrip.in.
